Cassie has managed my investment property in Castlemaine for several years. The property was my ex-marital home that I gained from settlement.
At the time, this put me into considerable debt and I was nervous about making such a big commitment entering the market as a landlord.

Margaret and I want to express our appreciation of the manner in which Rob Delmenico handled the sale of our unit in Brown Street, Castlemaine. He carefully set out for us his reasoning for the suggested price that was set for our unit. His explanation was so convincing that we not only chose your company, but we accepted the suggested price. Of course you had set us an excellent example when you handled our Berkeley Street property and the purchase of Brown Street. Rob also carefully guided us in how we were to act during the open days. At all times during the process his warmth and guidance were greatly appreciated.
He also gave us a sense of security during the discussion of the process that we should follow in the second sale that we discussed with him. The manner in which he supported and guided us during consultation on that second property, that we wish to sell, has made us feel confident about the sale of that property also. In discussing this property he showed us an indication of his depth of understanding about our personal needs with regards that property. We know that he fully discussed that matter with you, and we appreciate the fact that he did that.

When my husband & I decided to sell our home earlier this year, we selected several local agents to inspect and appraise our property. We engaged Tammy Elliott due to her enthusiasm, knowledge of the local area, and her professionalism.
On the initial visit, Tammy collected and documented relevant information regarding our property, and was able to compare our property with others similar, giving us a fair and reasonable estimate price range.
